- May 12, 2007Enjoy the huge huffy compression on this piece. Nice and well timed breaks throughout. I think the bass sound could be tightened up somewhat -- maybe a bandpass filter or something, esp. if that filter moves throughout the song to keep the bassline interesting. Right now it's really, really phat -- lots of harmonics -- which means that it kind of takes over the mix. But (IMHO) it doesn't have an interesting enough sound or progression to hold all the attention it demands...
