About This Track

Ive been working my ass off for the past few months and had a little chance to commit my self to the music. But heres a track wich i tweaked for the last month or two on my rare free moments. So i hope it didnt turn out very bad. About the track - bass is the most intresting - very trancy, but i managed to gate it so it would blend with the beat. Vocal samples are from SWorg and somewere else on the net. Anyways hope i didnt mess up! cheers.

that's really strange. If you're going to imply unusual chordal structures, you've got to let the listener know what they are going to be, or else the bass/lead first time round is really alienating. I want to hear more of that vocal, later on in the song, it drops out way to soon after it takes over from the bass.

you are so completely right :P but the track without a vocal at all would be so totaly empty and these were the few that i managed to find for this track .... well shortly i messed up again ... maybe its not too late to remake this track

Hey no, Messed Up doesn't mean shit when it comes to music - if it's the way you want it, it's done, and fuck anybody who thinks differently, unless, of course you want feedback, in which case Messed Up means Haven't Finished Yet, which is fine too :) Besides, I wasn't suggesting that you take out the vocal, maybe you can slice and dice it and create alternative melodies.

i think it holds up well m8 altho the lead synth is a bit loud and on a higher octave than i would of used. But thats just my opinion, as for the track on a hole i think its very good. It has nice trancy elements but still rolling/techy dnb good job peace jv

thank you :) as it seems it did not work out with me and reason, i scraped my work with it and started over with fruity loops - taking a step back and going back to the basics may be also a bigger step forwards imho. Heaven and hell would come on earth if fruity loops had reasons quality.
