krakli has some really strange sounding instruments...I haven't tried any from dskmusic, they do have a brass emu that sounds like it will be fun to play with. Also, carefull with the fx from krakli, i've actually lost a song due to their fx.

saerch for crystal VST. Its the best free vst synth. I reckon its almost as good as absynth for creating complex sound. Pretty much all my tracks are created with this, and i produce loads of different types of music, the variation of sounds you can get is incredible.
