We wuz talking about Plaid in another forum and something occurred to me yesterday on my drive home from Big Sur...IF you DJ then you really, really might wanna seek out Plaid's "Parts in the Post" on double disc or quadruple vinyl (I think...it was heavy...my turntable died in '92 and I sold off vinyl that is now worth more than I wanna think about).

Parts in the Post rules. It is not only one of the coolest albums amongst the thousands I own-- never mind the thousands I *have* owned-- but it is TWO discs worth and maintains that status. C'mon...who here can say that they like *every* track on a double-disc package? This is one that makes such a thing easy.

PitP is a collection of Plaid remixes...stuff they made by contract for others. It starts with a Bjork track that is about my favorite of any she's part of and just cruises from there....here:
