Nice to hear u back in business :-) Good sound u having. Sturdy and bright. I like more this kinda stuff than jump up d'n'b so the style suits more for me. Good drum programming again and u have there nice atmospheric sounds. The name suits the track quite well, because I'm starting to feel anxiety while listening to this, which means the track does it's job well. Good work again! :-)
edit: And yes, loudness is usually done in mastering. In mixing you're supposed to keep the signal as clean as possible, which means you're supposed to keep levels quite low. |

Isn't it weird to think that 10 years ago, around this time, The Matrix came out in theaters? Joe, was this a subconcious/concious nod of repect to Neo? It better be or else you're making feel old!
Anyway, as always man, banging that shit raw & dirty. i really like this tune. For some reason, to me, it sounds different from your past tunes. Maybe a bit more refined - well crafted. Keep doing what you're doing dood! |
