Hello Friends!

I need You help recognizing this drum loop

I used it on commercial and I am getting sued that it is cutted from
some original song which does not sound completely like that
Can You help me finding out is it from some sample cd / library?
All the help would be very appreciated !
Someone uploaded this drum loop in year 2002 - 101_modern-rap.aif
Mr Canton told me to ask help from You people

I found the rhythm in mine Digitech RP250. There it is subordinate as Rock 1.

There's 2 drum samples here merged together..

"Impeach the president" by The Honeydrippers
And the second i'm not 100% sure of but is also used in "Give The Drummer Some" by Ultramagnetic mc's
