hi there, i have a problem. see i wanted to hear the song i was making with a pitch that dropped using automation. i recorded it. didnt like how it sounded, so i deleted the recording and now when i open fl studio 7, plus the opened project, the damn song still has the automation from the earlier recording. and now every time i play the song its using the automation. how do i stop this?? its horrible please help!!! :(

The only thing i can think of is you might have saved this setup as your default project meaning that everytime you start up FL all the things you saved as your template are still there. try this to see if it works.
File > New from template > Minimal > Empty
Thats should load up FL without anything loaded into the step sequencer r mixer. Let me know if it worked or if you still have problems to see if i can sort it out for you! |

Go to the playlist of FL. In the left hand side, where the pattern name is, there should be a group titled "automation". Delete that pattern bar. That should solve your problem. I had the same issue when I was a newbie, it took me a week to figure out.
