I know my question may sound a little lame and stupid for most of you but I need to know is there any programm which can help me make my tracks
to be in these parameters:

min 96KBPS and max 128KBPS ?? :(

If anybody knows something please write me back !!!

Thats Mp3 formats. I use Magix Music maker to convert my tracks into any format i want.

i convert wavs into mp3 with cubase sx (sometimes with cool edit, i think it is called adobe audition in the recent versions)... you can choose the bitrate while saving the mixdown as mp3... though, this is a kind of weird question...:)))

and another thing... if you cannot afford cubase sx and cannot find a cracked version, just type "mp3 converter" in an internet search engine (no commercial advise on that...:) and you'll find a freeware or shareware download which will suit your needs...

btw, bitrate 96-128kbps is low quality mp3, meaning that the file on the high end of the range will be around 2mb for 3 minutes of music with some (in my view) serios damage to high frequencies...
