|
|
Hi,
Was wondering if any knowledgeable person out there would know where i could aquire a massive Bass Drum sub hit. You know the one's that make your testicles rattle! :-)
Or if not how to go about constructing one with a kick drum sample I already have.
Any Ideas??? |

What i do is just get an eq and boost the bass at about 40-60 hz.
Use a thin Q/width so the bass doesn't spill over the 100hz mark.
This should do the job with most kicks. |

i just uploaded here on sampleswap the sound you seek for (i hope at least...:)... since you were not present while the good moment lasted, i uploaded it in wav format (filename is "rattletesticles kick")... it is somewhat processed and in the highes quality possible... if you like it, i'l expect some thanks...:)
cheers mate! |

The plan is to add some impact at the heaviest moments of our song. I just brought a boss RC-50 loop station that can sample any WAV file by transferring it onto the pedal via USB on my comp. It can play mono or stereo WAV files and has up to 49 minutes of mono sampling space! So at those points that need that extra bang I can stomp on my pedal and blow some testicles up! We also plan to put keyboard parts in aswell as it is pretty hard for our guitarist to play keyboards at the same time! Anyways hope that settles your intrests all bit. I love new technology!
Thanks again bro,
