Hi y'all. I'm Sean, I live in San Francisco, in the Divisadero Corridor. I make electronic music and organic percussion as a hobby, though I have done a little performance. I'm really into experiments with rhythm mostly, and I also play African drums. I've been buying roland drum machines and grooveboxes beginning with the TR 505, and ending with the MC 505. A few years ago I moved to a primarily software environment, mainly because of the flexibility of the FL Studio pattern sequencing architecture. The improvement over the MC series was a parallel to the improvement the MC series was, over the TR machines.

In the last two years or so I've been learning a little mixing, but I still have a ways to go. I'm also starting to investigate sampling in a little more detail, which is why I joined this forum and the free sound project. Here's a link to my soundcloud upload last weekend:

This has nothing to do with the track itself, but earlier that night, I had seen Devo live, and was sitting up late with fl studio because I was too shellshocked by the awesome set to be able to sleep.
